The staff here are outstanding, the rooms are beautifully arranged, and the service is top-notch, including a delicious breakfast with great coffee, juices.

i was given an extremely spacious and updated room with with excellent equipment, slippers and bathrobe.

The room is very well-priced and comes equipped with central heating, a work desk, and a TV, alongside friendly service and great food options.

We got an updated room with a family atmosphere and big beds. A huge variety of food served in the lobby for breakfast, it was satisfactory.

Convenient location near M4 autostrata, ample free parking, comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Helpful and friendly reception staff. Good breakfast and tasty food at in-house restaurant.

Good hotel, very comfortable rooms.Staff are helpful. If you travel by car it is good location (near this holel there is a big shopping center with works till 9pm!!!!, it was absolutly anreal during new year holiday. If you travel by bus it takes about 20-30 minutes to the ctnter of Verona, but you can wait a bas for 10 or 20 minutes, if you dont know tametable.Summurizing, we lile this hotel.

It is a comfortable and important hotel, spacious with a very nice reception and a very good breakfast. Very good price. We were offered a free upgrade to a better room. No use if you are on foot in Verona.

The staff's a mess. Very bad attention except for one girl and one young guy who were foreigners, very nice all the time (I don't remember if they were from Libya or France, respectively). The rest a disaster. All very young people with no conscience for valuing their clients. They destroyed us a few times. One day we left the breakfast room with literally a small package of cookies each (I wouldn't have more than 4 cookies each) and we were stopped by a young waitress and she told us that they were for eating inside and that we couldn't take them to what of course we didn't listen to her since she embarrassed us in front of those who were eating breakfast without any sense. When it is very common that you take a fruit or a muffin for later if you go all the way. When we asked for advice because they had tickets for the Verona arena and it was going to rain, being that they lived there and should have a high knowledge of the functioning of the most important attraction in that area of Verona, they did not help us or offered us to talk or anything.

Me and my sister stayed at Shg Hotel for one night. The room was spacious and clean, with huge single beds. The ensuite bathroom had a unique feature - magnets on the shower curtain to keep it in place. The air conditioning was cool and the comforter made for a comfortable sleep. The buffet breakfast was one of the best I've ever seen, definitely worth the stay. The location was great, between Venice and Milan, and near Verona. The check-in/out process was quick and easy. excellent service and value for money!

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

I had a great time at this affordable place with a perfect location and modern rooms, plus the friendly staff were quite helpful.

We enjoyed the hotel's convenient location near the autoroute and amidst a cluster of stores and restaurants. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and we appreciated the complimentary parking facility and easy accessibility. The breakfast had a good variety of items, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

For those traveling along a4 motorway in Northern Italy, location is excellent. The staff was friendly, breakfast was good. It is a good place to sleep and go, maybe also for some business events.

This is one of the shabbiest Holiday Inn hotels I've seen. It long needs a renovation. Bathroom curtain was stained, carpets worn off. Can't use tv if you don't speak Italian - there's a Sky Box with sophisticated menu. Charging money for Internet is ridiculous.

Quit and far from the city traffic. But you need car or transportation to use this hotel because it's far from the tourist area's.
